Spotlight Sports Group’s (SSG), has revealed the findings of an in-play study by LeanConvert into their content engine, Superfeed.
In-play Superfeed was introduced in 2021. It provides in-play insight based on current field events.
LeanConvert tested the results on a UK operator. It found that 20% added an option to their bet slips when in-play content was displayed. In addition, it found that an 8.24% increase on bets were placed and, more specifically, a £20.85 ($27.50) average increase in monthly stakes per user when the content was viewed.
The specific research included users that were betting on all English soccer games.
Discussing the results, Spotlight Sports Group B2B Sales Director Rob Black said: “The results are incredibly encouraging. The product was tested in-house, and there were some positive comments. However, we decided to test it on an independent company and live on a UK casino.
“The positive results show the value of integrated live content and tipping to customers choosing how and when they spend their money.’’
In addition, LeanConvert Managing Director Tim Axon commented: ‘’We were delighted to work with Spotlight Sports Group. An optimisation company which continuously strives to deliver better customer service and higher bottom line performance.
“The results are really encouraging and showcase that premium content delivered in the right place at the right time can have a huge impact on customer interactions.’’
