Marcus Rich, a Non-Executive chair of XLMedia, has been named with immediate effect. Rich will be a member the Audit, Remuneration and Risk Committees.
He is the Non-Executive chairman at AIM digital media company Digitalbox Plc. He previously worked for five years as a Managing director at Mail On Sunday before becoming Commercial Director of Associated Newspapers.
Prior to that, he spent 16 years at EMAP, during which held the role of Group Managing Director of EMAP Lifestyle Magazines and EMAP Advertising, as well as overseeing the group’s US and Australian businesses.

Rich spent six years at TI Media as its CEO, broadening and overseeing the digital content production process. Additionally, Rich served previously as a McCann Erickson Group Account Director and was responsible for Optimus Communications.
