FanDuel has partnered with Amanda Serrano, seven-division boxing champion.
FanDuel will be FanDuel’s exclusive partner in sports gaming ahead of Katie Taylor, the Puerto Rican boxer who is 33 years old on April 30, at Madison Square Garden.
FanDuel’s likeness and name will be available to Serrano under their agreement. FanDuel’s logo will be worn on Serrano’s trunks and unique content will be posted to her social networks.
Serrano stated: “As a female professional fighter, I recognize the responsibility to lift up women in sports.
“I am honored to be first boxer partner with FanDuel, who show their unwavering dedication in supporting and elevating women athletes. I will proudly sport their logo at the ring during the historic battle against Katie Taylor.
Amy Howe (CEO of FanDuel Group) said that Amanda Serrano is a pioneer in history and the first woman to head a fight at Madison Square Garden with Katie Taylor.
FanDuel has a deep commitment to female sportspeople, whether they are in the office or in boxing rings. Amanda’s partnership is part of that ongoing support for women athletes.
