Caesars Entertainment has announced a new programme to support nearly 50,000 employees “on their educational journey.”
Caesars’ new scheme, named All-In On Education, is designed to ease the financial burden of college for eligible employees and their dependents.
These include student loan repayment options, tuition aid, scholarships opportunities for dependents, and a 529 college saving plan.
“We believe in the power and potential of our team members, and we know that in helping them achieve their educational goals, we can shape the future of our company and the communities in which we operate,” said Stephanie Lepori, Caesars’ Chief Administrative and Accounting Officer.
All-In On Education, as it is broken down, increases student loan repayments and tuition assistance to $5,250 per year. The programme’s 529 college savings plan, meanwhile, provides tax-advantaged funding options for employees to save for dependents’ college expenses.
Caesars’ new programme also includes a list of in-network school providers that offer low- to no-cost educational opportunities with partner schools, alongside academic advisory resources.
All-In On Education includes the Don Carano Legacy Scholarship. This scholarship is named in honor of gaming legend Donald Louis Carano. Multiple recipients can receive this competitive scholarship up to $20,000 in four-years.
Lepori continued: “Our expanded education assistance program, All-In On Education, will support our team members on their educational journey.
“Whether they’re paying off student loans, working their way through school or tackling an advanced degree, we want our team members to know that we are right alongside them every step of the way.”
